The founder of RE/MAX Center is Patrick Finnick. Patrick entered real estate in 1988 and won Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker in 1990. In 1993, he was recruited to manage Covenant Real Estate. Patrick Finnick and his business partner Teresa Bueno purchased a RE/MAX franchise in 1994. The corporation owning the RE/MAX Center franchise today is still called Bueno & Finnick, Inc for this reason. The first location opened off Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road in 1995. RE/MAX Center has grown to become the most productive RE/MAX franchise in Metro Atlanta by Volume, Transaction Sides and Transactions Per Agent.
